Description of duties
Online training for employees on data protection in e-learning format: GDPR basics, compliant handling of personal data in everyday work, data subject rights, behavior in the event of data protection violations, and typical risks such as incorrect delivery or phishing. Time- and location-independent participation, final learning progress check, and proof of participation for the data protection documentation.
Why is that important?
Most data breaches are caused by human error (phishing, incorrect delivery). Regular data protection training is part of the legally required measures (Article 32 GDPR) and an explicit task of the data protection officer (Article 39(1)(b) GDPR), which measurably reduces the risk in everyday life and provides proof of awareness of data protection authorities through attendance certificates.
